situation

The location of a place based upon its relation to other places


State

An independent political entity, also known as a country. A "state" (with a lower-case "s") is a a division of a State (such as the 50 states of the U.S.A.)


sustainable development

Development that does not exploit resources more rapidly than the renewal of those resources.
